The Hyatt House VIR (Very Important Resident) Program offers even more personalized service to extended stay guests who stay 30+ nights in a row.

For this program launch I created a pattern based on the Hyatt House brand silhouettes, to show how VIR guests interact with all brand touch points. This hero pattern was used as a graphic element on everything from the personalized keycard to the welcome package envelope.

Additionally, I created a VIR type treatment, turning the "I" into a door to further represent the idea of their new "house."
